We are looking for a highly responsive, independent Meta Ads expert for a long-term collaboration. We have a steady pipeline of small Meta Ads projects and pay a fixed fee per project.
To start, we will assign 1-2 test projects. Upon successful delivery, we will continuously route more projects your way. Your monthly earning potential is between ₹20k–₹30k, depending entirely on your capacity and the number of projects you can effectively manage.
Required Experience:

#1- 2+ Years Minimum: Proven experience managing Meta Ads specifically focused on sales and lead generation.
#2- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign setup, ongoing optimization, audience building, and tracking (Pixel/CAPI setup & troubleshooting).
#3- Client Communication: Comfortable and experienced in professional client interactions.
Working Requirements:

#1- Timezone & Availability: Must be available during standard Indian working hours (IST) for seamless communication.
#2- High Responsiveness: We operate quickly. We need someone who replies promptly during work hours—no waiting hours or days for an update.
#3- Language: Fluent in both English and Hindi.
