I’m looking for an experienced Meta/Instagram Ads freelancer to run Phase 1 of a conversion-focused campaign for my market research

The goal of Phase 1 is simple: Acquire our first 2 paying clients before scaling the campaign.

Scope
Develop the Meta Ads campaign strategy
Set up targeting, campaign, ad sets and ads
Use our existing Instagram Reels/creatives
Test audiences and messaging
Help determine whether the campaign is ready to scale

Important
The priority is qualified leads and paying customers.

I'm considering starting with a smaller test budget to acquire the first 2 clients, then scaling the campaign if the economics work

Once we hit that milestone, I’ll scale the budget and retain the partnership for Phase 2.
