Messaging-App Customer Support Operators

I’m expanding our customer support team and need reliable chat operators who can engage users exclusively through popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram. The work is purely text-based—no phone calls—so you should be comfortable typing quickly, maintaining a friendly tone, and resolving issues without the benefit of voice cues.

Your day will revolve around answering inquiries, troubleshooting basic problems, and escalating anything outside the provided knowledge base. Accuracy, empathy, and clear written English are essential, and experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) will help you settle in faster.

We operate 24/7, so please let me know the hours or shifts you can consistently cover. High availability during peak times is a plus, but I’m open to building a flexible roster if you’re the right fit.

Deliverables include:

• Concise, well-documented chat logs for every interaction
• Timely escalation notes when an issue cannot be solved at tier-one level
