[Meridian B2B Group] Cold Email Infrastructure & Delivery Specialist (Revenue Share)

Meridian B2B Group is a premium B2B growth and demand generation firm. We are looking for an expert Technical Fulfillment Specialist to handle campaign execution and technical delivery for our agency clients on a recurring revenue-share basis.

You will NOT be responsible for client acquisition or closing sales. Your sole focus is managing the backend cold outreach infrastructure for our paying clients once they are signed by our closing team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage lookup/lookalike domain setup and technical DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Warm up email addresses and launch automated cold outbound campaigns.
- Maintain premium campaign deliverability (keep bounce rates under 3%) and route warm replies to our sales team.

Requirements:
- You must already own or have access to your own automated outbound software stack (such as Instantly or Smartlead).
- Demonstrated case studies managing B2B cold email systems.

Payment Structure:
This is a fixed milestone project based on client retainers. You will receive a flat 20% to 25% recurring monthly split of the client's retainer for as long as they stay with the agency. Milestones are funded and released immediately as client invoices clear.
