I have two separate backend PHP scripts running on the same server: one handles core data processing, the other stores user-related metrics. I now need them blended into a single, clean codebase that powers a web dashboard.

The end result should present:
• User statistics pulled from the existing tables
• Real-time updates (AJAX or WebSocket—whichever you judge fastest)
• Interactive charts and graphs, ideally rendered with a lightweight library such as Chart.js or similar

Key points you’ll tackle:
• Consolidate both codebases so they share a unified configuration, autoloader and session management.
• Refactor overlapping models and controllers to eliminate duplication and make future maintenance straightforward.
• Build a dashboard view in PHP/HTML5 that consumes the merged back-end and displays the three features above.
• Keep the code PSR-12 compliant and document any new classes or routes you introduce.

I will supply full access to the current repositories plus a staging database. Hand-over is complete when I can drop the merged script onto staging, point it at the existing MySQL database, and see the live dashboard working exactly as described.
