MEP Plans for Kitchen/Bath

I’m finalising the architectural layout for a contemporary-fusion home and now need complete MEP documentation focused solely on the kitchen and all bathrooms. My priority is an efficient, code-compliant design that integrates both plumbing and HVAC—electrical is already covered elsewhere.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Fully coordinated plumbing drawings and schematics, including pipe sizing, routing, venting, and fixture schedules that suit a modern kitchen and multiple baths.
• HVAC load calculations, duct layouts, equipment selection, and placement details that respect the tight ceiling spaces typical of today’s sleek interiors.
• Clear notes, legends, and schedules ready for contractor bidding and permit submission, delivered in PDF plus the native file format (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).

I will provide floor plans, elevation files, and appliance/fixture preferences the moment we start. Please factor in at least one round of revisions so we nail fit and finish.
