MEP Engineer Needed for Design

I have a new construction project moving into the design phase and I need a qualified MEP engineer to take charge of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. At this stage I have architectural PDFs and a preliminary structural layout; what I’m missing is a coordinated MEP package that my builder and the local authority can rely on.

Scope
• Review the architectural and structural files I provide (DWG and PDF).
• Develop properly coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing layouts—including equipment schedules, load calculations and single-line diagrams—so everything fits both spatially and technically.
• Produce drawings ready for permit submission as well as clean construction-issue sets in AutoCAD or Revit, plus PDFs.
• Remain available for one revision round after the first review to resolve any comments from the municipality or my GC.

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings follow the latest local code references I will supply.
• Files are delivered in native CAD/Revit format and PDF.
• Clash-free coordination among M, E and P disciplines.
