I’m putting together a series of well-researched, engaging articles that explore mental health and overall well-being from the perspective of busy adults and working professionals. Each piece should read like an educational mini-guide: evidence-based, clearly structured, and rich with practical take-aways readers can apply in their day-to-day lives.
Scope
• Focus exclusively on Mental Health and Well-being topics—stress management, burnout prevention, work-life balance, mindfulness techniques, and related areas that resonate with office and remote workers alike.
• Content style is strictly informative; personal anecdotes or opinion pieces are not what I’m after. Voice should feel supportive, authoritative, and easy to digest.
Deliverables
• A set of original, plagiarism-free articles (approx. 900–1,200 words each) optimized for on-page SEO without keyword stuffing.
• Clear subheadings, short paragraphs, and credible citations/links to recent studies or reputable organizations (APA or MLA style is fine).
• A concise meta description (155–160 characters) and 3–5 suggested headline variations for every article.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Factual accuracy supported by up-to-date research.
2. Tone aligns with professionals—solution-oriented and jargon-free.
3. Ready-to-publish formatting in Google Docs or Word with H2/H3 tags identified.
4. All external references linked and cited.
If you have experience writing health content, especially around workplace wellness or psychology, I’d love to see samples.
