Men’s Shorts Tech Pack

I have a line of men’s boardshorts and casual shorts ready to move from concept to sampling. To make that happen, I require a production-ready tech pack built in Adobe Illustrator (or compatible vector software) that a factory can follow without additional clarification.

The tech pack must cover:
• Material specifications – fabric composition, weight, finishes, trims, colors (Pantone codes)
• Size chart – graded measurements for sizes 28-40 with tolerances
• Construction details – annotated flats showing stitch type, seam allowances, pocket construction, bar-tacks, labels, and packaging notes

Deliverables
• Editable AI file and print-ready PDF
• Bill of materials linked to supplier references
• Complete graded measurement table
• Annotated flats and any repeat artwork files

Acceptance criteria
• Measurements accurate to ±3 mm across all grades
• Pages clearly labeled and logically ordered
• Color codes provided in Pantone TCX or Coated library

I will supply mood boards, reference garments, and brand assets as soon as work begins. The ideal partner already understands men’s surfwear or activewear and is comfortable specifying recycled polyester/spandex blends with water-repellent finishes.
