Men’s Dress Shirt Pattern Creation

I’m developing a men’s button-up dress shirt and need a production-ready pattern drafted in a classic regular fit. Your job is to translate my design specs into a clean, graded pattern that can go straight to sampling and bulk cutting.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A full set of pattern pieces for a long-sleeve, button-front shirt with stand collar, cuffs, placket, and curved hem.
• Grading across the size range I’ll supply (S-XXL).
• Digital delivery in both layered PDF for printing on A0/Letter and an editable CAD file (Gerber, Optitex, or Illustrator-compatible).
• Seam allowances, grainlines, notches, and construction marks clearly indicated, plus a brief sewing order.
