Memorable Logo Design Required -- 2

I need a distinctive logo that expresses the values I stand for—hard-working, honest, responsible and always learning—while remaining clean, versatile and professional. The mark will appear on my résumé, personal website and social channels, so it has to read well at any size, in colour and in monochrome.

What I’m after
• Three original concept directions, each with a brief rationale
• Up to two refinement rounds on the selected concept
• Final files supplied as editable vectors (AI, EPS, SVG) plus high-resolution PNG, JPEG and a simple one-colour version
• A short usage guide listing colour codes and fonts
