Memoir 6x9 Book Formatting

My life story is almost finished—178 double-spaced A4 pages already typed in Microsoft Word, with around twenty photographs still to be inserted. The final book needs to be a 6 × 9-inch soft-cover edition that a printer or small publisher can take straight to press.

Here is what I have and what I need:

• The manuscript: a clean Word file.
• Typeface: Times New Roman 12 pt throughout, with classic, easy-to-read chapter headings.
• Images: two to four photos collected at the end of each of the nine chapters (roughly twenty in total).
• A ready title and a cover photograph for the front.

I’d like the interior laid out professionally, margins and gutters adjusted for perfect binding, chapters starting on right-hand pages, page numbers, running headers, and a linked table of contents. Once the layout is approved, I will need a print-ready PDF of the interior plus any required spine and back-cover dimensions for the cover artwork.
