Our membership site needs a fresh look that fully reflects the new brand identity I’ve just developed. I want every public-facing page—layout, imagery, copy, navigation flow—to echo the updated logo, colour palette and typographic system, while keeping the overall structure familiar to current visitors.

Beyond the facelift, I also need a secure members-only area. Access should be granted automatically when a visitor logs in with an email address that matches our paid-up member list in the CMS or a connected database ( to be developed from an existing spread sheet solution). Inside that gated section I’ll be posting time-sensitive discount codes and partner offers, so the pages have to be hidden from search engines and unregistered users.

Key deliverables
• Responsive redesign of existing templates, styled with the new colours, fonts and graphic elements I provide.
• Streamlined navigation and clearer content hierarchy so users can reach key resources in fewer clicks.
• Migration or refresh of existing text, images and media to fit the new design.
• Members-only module: email-based authentication, clean dashboard for exclusive discounts, and easy content-update workflow for me.
• Final deployment to the live server, plus brief hand-over documentation covering how to add future offers and make edits to the site generally.

The tech stack is flexible as long as it’s stable and easy for a non-developer to maintain. Let me know which platform or framework you think suits these needs best, how you’ll handle the member email whitelist, and a realistic timeline for design concepts, revisions and go-live.
the existing website is at http://www.eventsociety.co.uk and currently doesn't feature the members only area.
An example of a more complex but similar website would be www.aiea.co.uk
