Membership Advisor (Webinar Presenter + Member Success)

We are Blacklune Club, a luxury entrepreneurial membership community. We are hiring a Membership Advisor: the face of the Blacklune experience before and after enrollment. This role covers both presenting and member success.

PRESENT
- Host and present live webinars to our audience
- Present our $20,000 membership offer clearly and persuasively
- Build belief and desire, educate prospects, and answer their questions
- Pre-sell and hand qualified, ready-to-decide prospects to our closer
- Deliver every session like a private executive briefing: executive, calm, premium, high-trust. Never a loud pitch or pressure close.

ONBOARD AND ACTIVATE
- Own onboarding for new members: agreements, paperwork, missing documents
- Coordinate the payment and financing process; keep members moving through the funding pathway
- Activate members into the community, Skool, chats, and events calendar
- Make sure every member understands what happens next and how to use the ecosystem
- Follow up, answer questions, keep accountability
- Core rule: no member gets lost after payment

COMPENSATION
- $18/hour base pay
- 3% commission on presentation-converted members ($600 per $20,000 sale)
- Commissions are uncapped and based on collected revenue
- Final closes are handled by our dedicated closer; the 10% close commission belongs to that separate role, not this one
- Strong performers can earn $10,000+ per month

REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience with high-ticket offers
- Executive presence, confident on camera, strong communication skills
- Able to build trust and manage relationships
- Organized and reliable: you own the member experience end to end
- Fluent English
