We are seeking an architect based in Melbourne or Victoria to collaborate on the concept design and site planning for a proposed fuel station with restaurant facilities at 5 Woods Street, Donald, VIC 3480, Australia. The total site area is approximately 2,795 m².

The development will include:
- A main service/restaurant building (300–400 m²) with seating for 30–40 people.
- Front of the site: fuel pumps and canopy for cars and small vehicles.
- Rear of the site: separate fuel pumps and canopy for large trucks only.

Key Objectives:
- Practical and efficient site layout with clear separation between small vehicles and heavy trucks.

Scope of Work:
- Site planning and concept layout.
- Vehicle entry/exit arrangement and circulation for cars, small vehicles, and heavy trucks.
- Positioning of fuel pumps, canopies, restaurant/service building, and parking arrangements.
- Functional zoning and separation of vehicle types.
- Preliminary architectural concept and advice on Victorian planning/design considerations.

Preferred Experience:
Architects based in Melbourne or Victoria with experience in projects such as fuel stations, truck stops, highway service centres, restaurants, convenience stores, or similar commercial developments.

If the initial concept stage is successful, there is potential for continued collaboration through later design and approval stages.
