Meesho / Flipkart / Amazon sellers: share your own shipping label PDFs and test-print our label cropper
We're building a free browser tool that crops marketplace shipping-label PDFs to 4x6 thermal labels (and A4 2x2), with sorting by courier/SKU and a picklist. We need real label layouts to build and test it, and sellers with a thermal printer to test-print the output.
You must be an active seller, and share only label PDFs downloaded from your OWN seller account. We will not accept edited, generated or third-party files.
Part 1 - Label PDFs (per marketplace you sell on):
- Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon Easy Ship and Amazon Self Ship (any you have).
- At least 3 PDFs per marketplace, exactly as downloaded from the seller panel (don't re-save, print-to-PDF or convert).
- At least one multi-order file with 10+ labels, ideally with different couriers (Delhivery, Xpressbees, Valmo, Ekart, Shadowfax etc.).
- Files with the invoice on the same page and, if available, with a separate invoice page.
- An older label (3+ months old) if you still have one, so we can see layout changes.
- Tell us your seller-panel download options (e.g. label only vs label + invoice).
How to redact: black out buyer names, addresses and phone numbers only. Do NOT cover barcodes, QR codes, AWB/tracking numbers, order IDs, SKUs or courier names, and don't change the page size or layout.
Part 2 - Test printing (only if you own a thermal label printer):
- Print 2-3 rounds of cropped labels we send you on 4x6 labels.
- Tell us your printer model and the print settings you used.
- Send photos of the printed labels and confirm the barcodes scan (a courier scanner or any phone barcode-scanner app is fine).
How we handle your files: used only for internal testing, never published or shared, and deleted after testing. You'll be asked to confirm in writing that the files are from your own seller account and that you consent to this use.
Payment: Rs 500 per marketplace for Part 1, Rs 1,000 for Part 2.
In your proposal, tell us which marketplaces you sell on, roughly how many orders you ship per day, and your thermal printer model (if any).
