MedSpa Phone Appointment Setter

I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and can turn warm leads into booked consultations for my MedSpa strictly through phone calls. Because I don’t yet have a finalized script, I’ll rely on you to craft a friendly, conversational call flow that feels natural while still guiding the caller toward securing an appointment. Once we approve that script together, you’ll put it to use—calling prospects from the lead list I provide, handling basic questions about our services, overcoming light objections, and locking their spot in our scheduling system.

To succeed here you’ll need a pleasant phone demeanor, solid English, and the discipline to track each conversation’s outcome so I can see daily progress. Familiarity with any simple CRM or spreadsheet tracking tool is a plus, but attitude and consistency matter more than fancy software.

Deliverables
• A polished, friendly-toned call script we both sign off on
• Daily phone outreach to the supplied leads until quotas are met
• Accurate same-day logging of call attempts, results, and confirmed bookings
