MedSpa Consultation Appointment Setter

I need an experienced U.S.–based cold caller who can pick up the phone, reach out to MedSpas, and lock in consultation appointments for me. Every call should focus on two key services the spa already promotes—facial treatments and hair restoration—so you will be speaking their language from the very first sentence.

Your goal is simple: turn a cold list into a warm, well-qualified calendar of consultation slots. You’ll be expected to handle the full call flow, overcome objections, gather basic lead details, and confirm times that work for both the prospect and my team. Clear, friendly, and persuasive English is a must, as many spa owners decide within seconds whether to stay on the line.

Deliverables
• Daily call log with contact notes and outcome
• Confirmed consultation appointments entered in our shared calendar or CRM
• Brief end-of-week summary of wins, objections heard, and any call-script tweaks you recommend

I’ll provide the lead list, current script, and calendar access. If you have your own proven talk tracks or dialer tools, I’m happy to review and integrate them. Consistent performance will open the door to a longer-term, higher-volume engagement.
