The Medixus website’s Figma file (see link above) is halfway done, yet progress stopped when the original designer vanished. I now need an experienced UI/UX specialist to jump in, review every frame, and bring the project to a polished finish.
Project context
• Target audience: 医療関連の企業やパートナー—so the tone, visual language, and information architecture must speak to healthcare professionals and corporate decision-makers.
• Current assets: A live Figma workspace containing desktop and mobile layouts, component styles, and early interaction flows.
• Communication: I write instructions in Japanese. You either speak Japanese or read it comfortably; I cannot wait for machine-translated clarifications. Rapid, clear feedback loops are essential.
Key expectations
1. Audit the existing designs, flag gaps, and propose a concise action plan.
2. Complete any missing or unfinished screens, refine components, and ensure responsiveness.
3. Improve overall usability and consistency before handing back an orderly, version-controlled Figma file.
4. Provide clickable prototypes and export-ready assets my dev team can implement without rework.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
- Updated Figma file with all pages, components, and styles fully documented.
- Interactive prototype covering every core user flow.
- Brief rationale outlining major design decisions and usability improvements.
Tooling: Figma is mandatory; feel free to employ FigJam, Illustrator, or Photoshop if they streamline the workflow, but all final work must live in Figma.
Timeline: I am ready to onboard immediately and will review progress daily. If you have recent healthcare-focused UI/UX examples, share them so I can move fast with selection.
