I’m commissioning an original, full-length romance set in medieval times built around an addictive enemies-to-lovers arc. The tone should feel natural and emotionally charged, with believable dialogue that sounds effortlessly American even while the setting remains firmly in the past.
After I bring the right writer on board I’ll share full character profiles, plot direction, and pacing notes; for now, know that chemistry, tension, and well-researched period detail are what matter most. I need a U.S. citizen who can craft 100 % original prose, develop three-dimensional characters, and collaborate openly as the story grows. Strong romance credentials are essential, and an ear for U.S. dialogue is non-negotiable.
Deliverables I expect:
• A brief outline for approval
• A complete first draft (target word count to be agreed—think novella to short-novel length)
• A polished, publication-ready final manuscript incorporating my feedback
Acceptance criteria include on-time delivery, consistency with the approved outline, vivid medieval atmosphere, and a satisfying, emotionally resonant enemies-to-lovers payoff.
When you apply, let me know your availability, note your U.S. citizenship, and attach one or two relevant romance samples that show your voice and command of character chemistry. I look forward to building this story together.
