Your core focus will be to identify those patients, brief them on the options we already have in our network, and secure their hospital and doctor appointments through our portal. Once a case is accepted by a facility, you stay in touch with the patient until admission day; our in-house team can step in for flights, visas, accommodation or follow-up if you prefer, but the initial appointment booking is your main responsibility.

Because BookMedTrip covers virtually every discipline—from oncology and cardiology to orthopaedics, fertility, dental, cosmetic and routine check-ups—you’re free to promote any medically necessary or elective procedures that fit a given patient’s needs. High-quality leads that convert into confirmed treatments earn you an agreed percentage of the invoice value, paid as soon as the hospital releases funds to us.

Deliverables I track for each case:
• Verified patient profile with current reports
• Confirmation of appointment secured through our system
• Ongoing status updates until patient admission
