Medical Records Data Entry Support

I’m looking for a detail-oriented professional to enter patient information directly into our existing medical records system. The source material is already compiled; what I need is accurate, timely transcription of that data so every chart is complete and fully searchable by our clinical staff.

You’ll connect to our cloud-based EHR through a secure VPN, then transfer demographics, visit notes, lab results, and billing codes exactly as provided. Consistency and data integrity are critical—incorrect dates or misplaced ICD codes create downstream problems for both clinicians and billing.

Because we handle protected health information, you must follow HIPAA guidelines at every step and be comfortable signing a confidentiality agreement before access is granted.

Deliverables
• All assigned patient records entered and saved in the EHR, mapped to the correct fields
• Spot checks showing 100 % match between source documents and system data
• A brief log noting any ambiguities or flags for clinician review

I’ll supply onboarding instructions, sample entries, and ongoing Slack support. Once familiar with the workflow, I anticipate roughly 200 records per week, but we can adjust volume to fit your pace so long as accuracy stays above 99 %.
