I have a new medical-grade product coming out of concept stage and I need its complete mechanical architecture translated into professional CAD data. The project is strictly product design for medical use and focuses only on the mechanical parts—no electronics or hydraulics will be involved.

All sketches, functional notes, and reference dimensions are ready. What I now require is a skilled hand in AutoCAD and CATIA to:

• build the full 3-D assembly,
• generate fully-detailed 2-D manufacturing drawings,
• supply a clean STEP file for downstream simulation and CNC work.

Drawings must conform to ISO standards for medical devices, include clear tolerances, surface finishes, and a basic bill of materials. I will review the native CATIA files before accepting the final STEP export to ensure geometry accuracy and proper layer management.

If you’re fluent in both platforms and comfortable with tight dimensional control, this should be a straightforward engagement.
