Medicaid Application Assistance

Looking for an experienced Florida Medicaid application preparer — flat rate, per case

I run a Medicaid consulting firm in Southwest Florida. I'm looking for someone who can take long-term care Medicaid cases — ICP and SMMC LTC — from intake through approval on a flat fee per case.

The work:

Complete and file the application with DCF
Collect documents and follow up with the family
Handle DCF requests for information and track the case to approval
Renewals

What I need:

Real Florida ICP filing experience — you've actually worked cases through DCF, not Medicaid billing or provider enrollment
Able to work remotely and run your own cases without hand-holding
You know what a QIT is and when one's required (my attorney and trust partner handle drafting and funding — you are not doing legal work)
Comfortable using a secure portal for documents; no client records over personal email

Structure: 1099 contractor, flat fee per case, steady volume that's growing. Happy to start with one or two cases so we can both see if it's a fit before committing to anything.
