I need a Windows-compatible utility that lets me load a list of Medal.tv clip URLs— whether they come from a CSV or a simple text file— and then walks through the site’s report flow for each link.
Here’s what I expect it to do:
• Read every URL, open it in a headless (or visible) browser session, and launch Medal’s reporting interface.
• For the violation type, give me a smart helper: predefined rules can pre-select “Hate speech” or “Unauthorized voice recording” when the text on the page matches, yet still pause so I can confirm or override before the report is submitted.
• Submit exactly one legitimate report per clip while staying within Medal’s own rate limits and general reporting guidelines.
• Track progress locally— a simple CSV or log is fine— noting success, any errors, and preventing duplicates if I re-run the list.
The finished deliverable should be a reusable EXE or bundled script with straightforward setup, along with a quick proof-of-concept demo (screen capture or short call) that shows it reliably reporting at least one clip. Source code is welcome but not required if the compiled build is stable.
Preferred stack: Python + Selenium or Playwright, but I’m open to alternatives if they meet the goals above.
