A functional medical equipment product is already on my bench; what it lacks is a visually inviting shape and form that makes people want to pick it up and use it. I need a mechanical design engineer who can re-imagine the external geometry while respecting the internal components and overall ease-of-use goals. The brief is centred on aesthetic enhancement—specifically refined contours, balanced proportions, and a smooth user interaction—without compromising mechanical integrity.

The workflow I picture is straightforward: translate my sketches and rough CAD into elegant 3D models, review iterations together, then prepare manufacturable files. Experience with SolidWorks or Fusion 360 is essential, and an eye for ergonomic detail will set the direction.

Deliverables
• Optimised 3D CAD model highlighting the new shape and form
• Exploded view or sectioned drawings showing fit with existing internals
• Final STEP/IGES files and high-quality renders for marketing mock-ups

Acceptance criteria: all mounting points must stay fixed, overall footprint cannot grow more than 5 %, and the first impression of the product should feel sleek, intuitive, and premium.

If this challenge suits your skill set, let’s refine this product together.
