Mechanical Engineering Project – Custom Cosmetic Vessel Closure

Hi,

I am looking for some help to develop a functional closure system for a Ceramic skincare product. The custom ceramic vessel is being manufactured but seeking some help to develop the mechanical closing solution.

This would involve:
-Designing a removable glass insert to fit inside an existing ceramic vessel.
-Developing a concealed quarter-turn bayonet locking mechanism, ideally using a custom polymer carrier or retaining ring.
- Integrating a suitable gasket to provide a reliable seal for a cosmetic hand-butter formulation, followed by producing a functional prototype.
