We are looking for an experienced MCA21 specialist, freelancer, or corporate research agency capable of facilitating access arrangements involving **300 unique, verified MCA-registered account holders with their informed consent**, or providing an alternative legally authorized solution.
### Scope of Work
- Facilitate 300 verified MCA account-holder arrangements.
- Explain the verification and consent process.
- Identify authorized access or representative-based alternatives.
- Demonstrate the proposed mechanism through a pilot of 5–10 participants.
- Provide pricing per participant and total project cost.
### Intended Purpose
Accessing publicly available MCA company documents, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, MOA, AOA, incorporation documents and other company filings.
### Requirements
- Prior experience with MCA21 registration and verification.
- Ability to coordinate large-scale onboarding.
- Knowledge of MCA access rules and compliance.
- Experience with corporate research or document retrieval.
