I want help pushing a page (already made and attached) to world leaders and decision makers. I’m confident with utilizing AI someone here can easily do this. It’s a 1 in a million but worth the risk to me to potentially save the world from unneeded suffering and war. I gain nothing financially with this project
I’m looking for someone to provide a sequenced approach optimized for maximum legitimate reach to the general public and specific high-value targets (world leaders, UN system, GCC, foreign ministries, think tanks, media).
1. Create a clean, permanent public home base (Day 1)
• Publish the full text as a clean, well-formatted PDF and HTML page on a neutral, fast domain (e.g., a new site or Substack/Medium/GitHub Pages with a simple professional design).
• Make it fully open-access, no registration, no paywall.
• Add: version number/date, plain-language one-page summary, multilingual versions (at minimum English, Farsi, Arabic, French, Chinese, Russian, Spanish), and a short “why this exists” note that does not overclaim authority.
• Include a clear citation/reference format so others can link to it.
• Host the PDF on multiple mirrors (archive.org, Internet Archive, Zenodo, SSRN, ResearchGate) for permanence and discoverability.
2. Formal institutional targeting (highest-value channel)
Submit the document as a formal input through official channels rather than informal email blasts:
• United Nations: Submit via the UN Secretariat’s public document intake processes, the Office of the Secretary-General, relevant permanent missions in New York and Geneva, the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, and the IAEA. Also send to the permanent missions of all Security Council members and major General Assembly blocs.
• GCC: Send formally to the GCC Secretariat in Riyadh and to the foreign ministries of each member state (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
• National governments: Transmit through the diplomatic channels of the countries most directly involved or influential (United States, Iran’s mission/embassies where appropriate, Israel, EU External Action Service, China, Russia, India, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, etc.). Use embassy/consulate public contact points and formal note verbale-style submissions where possible.
• Additional high-leverage bodies: European External Action Service, African Union, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, Arab League, ASEAN, and major national foreign ministries.
Keep the cover letter short, factual, and non-ideological: “This framework is offered for examination by relevant parties. It is not affiliated with any government.”
3. Mass public and media amplification
• Open platforms: Post the full text + summary + PDF link on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit (relevant policy/foreign-policy subreddits), Telegram channels focused on international affairs, and equivalent platforms in Arabic/Farsi-speaking regions.
• Press and policy media: Issue a short, professional press release to wire services, major international outlets (Reuters, AP, AFP, BBC, Al Jazeera, The Economist, Foreign Affairs, etc.), and specialized Middle East/security publications. Offer the authors (or a designated contact) for on-the-record or background comment.
• Think tanks and experts: Directly share with leading Middle East, nuclear non-proliferation, and conflict-resolution institutes (Brookings, Carnegie, IISS, RUSI, INSS Israel, Emirates Policy Center, etc.) and with individual analysts who regularly brief governments.
• Academic and open repositories: Upload to SSRN, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and university working-paper series.
• Translation and local amplification: Commission professional translations and seed them with regional media, civil-society groups, and diaspora networks.
I’m fully open to your suggestions on how to spread this page more. Looking forward to working with you
