Mautic Setup with SMS & Email.

I already have a fresh VM running on Cloudways and want the latest stable version of Mautic installed there. I have uploaded the Mautic 7.1.2.zip file to the public_html folder on my VM. Once it is up, I need it fully wired to Amazon SES for outbound email (including bounce/complaint processing) and to Twilio for SMS sends and replies. I do not have Twilio or Amazon SES accounts yet but will set them up soon.

Please handle the complete install, configure the required cron jobs, apply any recommended security tweaks, and run a live test so I can see one email and one text message reach their destinations successfully. A brief hand-off note explaining where to update keys, sender identities, and future campaigns will round out the job.
