Mattress & Sofa Removal $75

I need a king-size mattress and a loveseat taken out of my flooded basement. They have been sitting in water for a few months, so expect them to be heavy, damp and possibly moldy. Access is straightforward—everything is inside the basement on the ground level, with no stairs involved.

Your job is to:

• Carry both pieces from the basement to your truck or van.
• Dispose of them legally at a landfill, recycling centre, or any facility that accepts water-damaged furniture.

No follow-up cleaning or disinfecting of the area is required once the items are gone.

I’ll release the flat $75 payment as soon as the mattress and sofa are off the property. Must be able to disposal on your own. Thanks so much.
