Math-Savvy Personal Assistant -- 5

I am looking for a reliable assistant who can devote 20–40 hours per week to support my research and day-to-day academic tasks. You may be a native English or native Spanish speaker; what matters most is that we can communicate clearly and that you feel genuinely comfortable working with mathematics and statistics at an undergraduate level or higher.

Typical duties will range from managing email, agendas, and travel arrangements to helping prepare lecture notes, format papers in LaTeX, verify calculations, and compile simple statistical summaries in Excel, R, or Python. Strong organisational habits and an eye for detail will make the collaboration flow smoothly, especially when juggling multiple deadlines.
