I run a commercial lighting-installation company and need a Maryland-licensed attorney who is already admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Maryland.
The immediate task is to act as local counsel and prepare. I will rely on you for any local-rule guidance, scheduling, and signature requirements that arise as the case progresses. I need to file Motion for Reconsideration - which I will draft.
To keep things simple:
• Deliverable: a court-stamped Notice of Appearance, filed electronically in the CM/ECF system and emailed to me the same day.
• Timing: within 3–5 business days of engagement, sooner if possible.
• Communication: quick email or phone availability so I can relay instructions from lead counsel.
If you are already on the District Court’s bar roll and comfortable stepping in as local counsel, let’s move forward.
