E-commerce Marketplace Account Manager Required – Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to manage and maintain my e-commerce seller accounts for my jewellery brand, ONLY WOMNLY.
The freelancer will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, ensuring that product listings, inventory, pricing, orders and sales performance are properly maintained.
Scope of Work
1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create and upload new product listings.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points and keywords.
- Upload and optimise product images.
- Assign product categories and attributes correctly.
- Manage SKUs, variations and product specifications.
- Identify and resolve listing errors and suppressed listings.
2. Account Management
- Maintain Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.
- Monitor account health and performance.
- Resolve listing-related issues and account warnings.
- Manage brand-related catalogue requirements.
- Handle marketplace support cases whenever required.
3. Inventory & Pricing Management
- Maintain stock availability across all platforms.
- Update product prices as required.
- Maintain minimum and maximum selling prices.
- Avoid overselling and stock mismatches.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory records.
4. Order & Sales Management
- Monitor daily orders and sales.
- Track order processing, dispatch and cancellations.
- Monitor returns, refunds and customer complaints.
- Track pending payments and settlement reports.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
5. Sales Growth & Performance
- Suggest strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and listing optimisation.
- Identify best-selling and slow-moving products.
- Suggest suitable promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Manage marketplace advertisements, if experienced.
6. Reporting
- Provide weekly sales and performance reports.
- Share inventory and order status.
- Highlight issues requiring attention.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Product catalogue and listing optimisation.
- Inventory and order management.
- Marketplace SEO and keyword research.
- Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce sales and settlements.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts.
