Marketplace listing & Optimization Specialist Required

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce marketplace specialist to create, optimize, and publish product listings across multiple marketplaces.

The project involves approximately 30 SKUs (including product variations) and requires complete listing setup, optimization, publishing, and quality assurance across the selected platforms.

The scope includes live listing and optimization would be national or international or can be both.

Scope of Work

1. Product Listing Creation & Optimization

For each SKU and applicable variation:

* Create and publish live listings on all required marketplaces
* Write SEO-optimized product titles
* Create compelling product descriptions
* Prepare marketplace-specific bullet points/features
* Complete all required product attributes and specifications
* Optimize listings for marketplace search visibility
* Configure product categories and subcategories
* Complete backend keywords/search terms where applicable

2. Keyword & Competitor Research

* Conduct keyword research for each product/category
* Identify relevant marketplace search terms
* Perform competitor analysis
* Recommend optimization opportunities based on competitor listings
* Deliver a keyword and competitor research sheet

3. Variation & Catalog Setup

* Configure parent-child relationships where applicable
* Set up product variations such as size, color, style, quantity, etc.
* Ensure variation structures comply with marketplace requirements
* Verify variation functionality after publishing

4. Marketplace Configuration

* Configure shipping settings/templates
* Configure tax/GST settings where applicable
* Complete required marketplace fields and compliance information
* Ensure products are assigned to the correct categories

5. Image Management

* Upload and organize provided product images
* Ensure images meet marketplace requirements
* Optimize image order and presentation
* Basic image resizing/cropping if required for marketplace compliance

6. Quality Assurance & Error Resolution

* Review all listings after publication
* Resolve listing upload errors
* Correct attribute and category issues
* Fix variation-related errors
* Address suppressed or inactive listings caused by setup/configuration issues
* Verify that listings are live and functioning correctly

7. Deliverables

The freelancer must provide:

* Live published listings across all agreed marketplaces
* Master product spreadsheet/CSV containing:
* SKU information
* Product titles
* Descriptions
* Keywords
* Attributes
* Categories
* Pricing data
* Variation information
* Keyword research sheet
* Competitor research sheet
* Organized product image library
* Organized metadata and media files
* List of final live product URLs for all marketplaces

Definition of Project Completion

The project will be considered complete only when:

* All agreed SKUs and variations have been uploaded and configured.
* Listings are successfully published and visible on the required marketplaces.
* Listing setup errors within the freelancer’s scope have been resolved.
* All deliverables have been handed over.
* Final listing URLs and project files have been provided.

Notes

* Product content, images, pricing, and account access will be provided by us.
* Any marketplace approvals, restricted category approvals, brand registry approvals, GTIN exemptions, or requirements that can only be completed by the account owner should be identified early in the project.
* Please clearly state any exclusions before project commencement.
