I have a set of marketing PDFs that must read flawlessly in both English and Hindi. Your task is to extract the copy from each file, translate it accurately, and then refine the wording so it feels natural, persuasive, and on-brand for a promotional audience.
The originals arrive as locked PDFs, so you will need to handle text extraction (or recreate the layout) before delivering the final, fully edited translations. I am flexible on the return format—clean Word docs or a print-ready bilingual PDF are both fine as long as the line breaks and any call-outs match the source design.
Key points I will be checking:
• Precise, context-aware translation—no literal or machine-like phrasing.
• Consistent marketing tone in both English and Hindi.
• Zero spelling or grammatical errors once edited.
• Layout integrity: headings, sub-heads, and bullet hierarchy mirror the original.
If you are comfortable working with PDF tools, CAT software, or InDesign for layout replication, please let me know in your message along with a brief sample of similar bilingual marketing work. Once we agree, I will share the first file and target turnaround dates.
