Marketing Comms Template Pack

I need three clean, ready-to-use template files that my internal team can later populate with content. Each template must be intuitive to follow, professionally formatted, and written in clear business English; if you can also provide a mirrored Portuguese version, that would be greatly appreciated.

Deliverables
• Communications & Marketing Plan – structure must guide users through defining target audiences, key messages, an actionable timeline, chosen channels, and space to record measurable KPIs.
• Communications & Marketing Policy – outline the governing principles, designated spokespeople, and brand-use rules; please leave sections for social media and crisis communication headers so we can expand later.
• Risks & Opportunities Register (Excel) – workbook aligned with ISO 9001:2015 clause 6.1, featuring pre-built columns for context, risk score, opportunity score, mitigation/leveraging actions, owner, due date, and review status. This will be used for every single department within the company

Acceptance criteria
1. All files open without macros or add-ins.
2. Clear prompts or placeholder text indicate what information the user should enter.
3. Consistent visual identity (fonts, heading hierarchy, colour palette) across documents.
4. ISO 9001:2015 reference is visible in the register’s header.
5. Optional Portuguese version follows the same layout and is free of machine-translation artefacts.

A background in corporate communications or B2B marketing will help you craft logical flows, while familiarity with ISO 9001—and ideally the oil & gas sector—will ensure the register’s terminology feels natural.
