I’m looking for ongoing help running the day-to-day pieces of my digital marketing so I can stay focused on strategy and client work. The three areas I need you to own are:
• Social media management – scheduling, community engagement, and basic reporting for Facebook and Instagram. If you’re already comfortable with a scheduler such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite, that’s a bonus.
• Content creation – ideation and production of weekly blog posts, eye-catching images or infographics, and short-form videos or reels. Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools will likely make the job easier, but feel free to suggest what you work best with.
• Email marketing – building and sending campaigns, list segmentation, and light automation. I currently use Mailchimp, though I’m open to your preferred platform as long as it integrates cleanly with my website.
What I’ll provide:
– Brand voice guidelines, past campaign examples, and a content calendar template.
– Access to all required accounts and assets.
– Timely feedback so you’re never guessing about direction.
What I need back from you each week:
1. A proposed content plan mapped to the calendar.
2. Draft copy and creative for approval.
3. Performance snapshot of the previous week’s social posts and email sends.
If you have solid written English, an eye for on-brand visuals, and can commit to consistent weekly delivery, I’d love to hear how you would tackle these tasks and see a few relevant samples of your previous work.
