Marketer/Salesperson

I run a small but ambitious digital-marketing agency and I’m ready to bring on a freelance associate who enjoys talking on the phone and can turn a warm conversation into a booked discovery call. Your day will revolve around sourcing your own prospects—think neighbourhood cafés, boutique retailers, and early-stage tech ventures—then getting the owner or decision-maker on the line, introducing our services, and securing a time for them to speak with me.

Strong communication skills and a solid feel for sales fundamentals are non-negotiable, because you’ll often be the very first voice of the brand. Experience closing (or at least moving) deals is a plus; if you can show past results, tell me about them.

Deliverables I’ll look for each week:
• A concise spreadsheet or CRM update listing new prospects contacted, outcome of each call, and next steps
• A minimum number of qualified discovery calls booked (we’ll agree on the figure together)
• Brief notes on any conversations that need my immediate attention

All outreach will be phone-based for now, so you should be comfortable smiling and dialing, handling objections on the spot, and following up promptly. I’ll provide a quick-start guide to our service packages plus an email address for calendar invites; you bring the energy, persistence, and a quiet place to call from.
