Market-Fresh Street Food Cooking Contract

I Launched an event based cooking initiative called SUYALIFE! at first it started with hosting tasting parties at my then Condo. This would happen once a month. Eventually I scalled to Suyafest and booked a hall to attract more people! While covid would happen and impact the event based operations; it's forced the need to diversify investments of which while the goal is an attempt to grow into SUYALIFE having a permanent SUYASHACK location where people can come and secure SUYA; I am looking to outsource the concept of SUYASHACK given it's taking over 3 years to advance the permitting process of securing the vendorship location to build the shack! So due to this; looking to outsource SUYASHACK to Nigeria to find a freelancer that believes that given people are hungry every day; this cooking venture may still be viable in a market with a lot of mouths to feed. While I am looking to bipass as much red tape as possible; I want to sign the right labour that can be paid a salary while managing the overhead of the investor to produce product daily within opening shop in the morning and closing shop at night! Given the currency conversion; I also want someone that's able to make that return for a Canadian owner! So while this is a unique bid that's different from the occasional computer based work; this work will still want a talent that still will rely on that freelancer for the pay structure as they do have a strong and competive system to support that worker community to get those payouts!
