Our sponsoring company is hosting a full-day conference on 13 October and I need complete visual coverage from start to finish. The brief is straightforward: capture the day candidly and translate its energy into content that will shine on LinkedIn.
Event details: https://www.marcusevans.com/conferences/menaboardsec
Photography
• Shoot in a candid, reportage style throughout registration, keynotes, networking breaks, product demos and closing remarks.
• Provide a curated gallery of high-resolution, colour-corrected images suitable for social sharing and internal use.
Video
• Produce a 2–3 minute highlight reel that weaves together the conference’s key moments with one to two short interviews (10–15 seconds each).
• Prioritise dynamic action shots to convey momentum—think quick pans across busy booths, audience reactions and on-stage interactions. Supplement with establishing wides or close-ups only where they strengthen the story.
• Final video should be delivered in 1080p (and, if practical, a 1:1 or 4:5 crop) optimised for LinkedIn.
Deliverables
1. 150+ edited, watermark-free photos (JPEG + RAW).
2. One highlight video (MP4, 2–3 min) with royalty-free background music, simple lower-thirds for interviewees and a clean outro featuring our company logo.
3. A 30-second cut-down version for teaser posts (optional but appreciated).
Acceptance criteria
• All assets delivered via downloadable link within 2 days of the event (Deadline 15th Oct).
• Colour grading consistent with our brand palette; no heavy filters.
• Clear audio on interview clips with background noise suitably managed.
I will provide logos and sample corporate videos. I will secure interviewees and schedule their slots; you bring your camera, lighting and audio kit. Venue access and a hot desk will be arranged. If this sounds like a good match, let’s lock in the date and discuss any additional details you need.
