I already own a CodeCanyon taxi template and need it turned into a production-ready solution that blends two flows: a real-time car-bidding marketplace and a classic taxi on-demand service—without any Google Maps, Mapbox, or distance-based price calculation.

Car-bidding flow
Passengers post a request and watch live bids roll in from nearby drivers, then confirm the bid they want. Only real-time bidding is required.

On-demand flow
Once a bid is accepted, riders see the driver moving on the template’s built-in map and can chat or call with them in-app.

Account flow
Users register and sign in strictly with email and password. Social logins can stay disabled.

Your job is to refactor the existing code (Flutter/Dart or the stack the template uses) to:
• remove map-based fare logic,
• wire up real-time bidding, driver tracking, in-app messaging ,calls, and email/password auth,
• configure the bundled backend (Laravel / Firebase) for persistence and instant push notifications,
• deliver white-label iOS and Android builds, source code, and a short README explaining how to re-build.

I’ll provide the purchase code, logo assets, and server access. Let me know your timeline and any similar apps you’ve shipped so I can move quickly.
