Manuscript Retyping & Editing

I am ready to hand over a full-length manuscript that still exists only in non-editable form. Your first task will be to retype every word with absolute fidelity into an editable Microsoft Word document. Once the text is accurately captured, I need it refined on three levels—proofreading for spelling and grammar, structural editing for flow and coherence, and copy editing to ensure a consistent, engaging tone throughout.

You will work with the source files I provide (PDF scans and a few handwritten pages) and return two Word versions:
• a clean, fully formatted draft that matches the source exactly, and
• a tracked-changes file showing every correction and stylistic improvement you make.

Acceptance criteria
• No transcription errors when compared to the original pages.
• All edits clearly visible in Track Changes.
• Final manuscript reads smoothly, free of spelling, grammar, and stylistic inconsistencies.
