Manuscript Layout for Print & EPUB

I have a finished 68-k word manuscript that now needs professional interior layout in two distinct formats:

• A print-ready PDF for an offset paperback, trim size 5.5 × 8.5 inches (this is NOT a KDP job).
• A standards-compliant EPUB optimised for Kobo.

I want the text set in Minion Pro throughout. Please apply the usual book elements—title and copyright pages, running heads, folios and chapter openers—so the file looks like something that could sit on a bookstore shelf. For the EPUB, everything must pass epubcheck and load on a Kobo device without styling glitches.

When you hand the project back I expect:
1. The press-ready PDF with correct margins, bleeds and embedded fonts.
2. The validated EPUB, with internal navigation, metadata and a crisp, re-flowable layout that mirrors the print edition.
