Manufacturing Control Panel Design & Estimation

I need a qualified engineer in Ahmedabad to take full ownership of designing and estimating electrical control panels for a manufacturing environment. The work covers everything from translating my process requirements into detailed schematics through to producing an accurate bill of materials and cost summary.

Scope of work
• Design low-voltage control panels that integrate an HMI, SCADA connectivity and secure remote-monitoring capability.
• Prepare single-line diagrams, wiring schedules, panel GA layouts and terminal plans using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN (whichever you are fastest with).
• Select components that comply with IEC/IS standards and are readily available in India.
• Generate a clear BOM with vendor part numbers, quantities and pricing so I have a reliable project cost before procurement.
• Provide brief design notes so my electricians understand installation, I/O allocation and field wiring.

Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings delivered in editable DWG (or EPLAN) plus PDF for quick review.
2. BOM shows unit and extended pricing, lead times and makes.
3. All documentation reflects the three requested features—HMI interface points, SCADA data tags and a remote-access method (VPN or cellular) called out explicitly.

Turnaround: I’d like first drafts within one week of kickoff, followed by a short round of revisions.
