Manufacture Baseball Card Display Insert prototype

I’m looking for a manufacturer or experienced custom display fabricator to produce a finished baseball-themed trading card display insert.

I do not just need a design or digital file. I need the physical, finished product made and shipped to me.

Product specifications

* Finished insert size: 22” wide × 28” tall.
* Baseball field design with realistic green grass, brown dirt, baselines, and bases.
* 11 identical openings for standard 3” × 4” trading card top loaders.
* Proposed opening dimensions: 3 1/8” × 4 1/8”, to be verified with an actual top loader.
* Green field background with brown EVA foam details for the baseball diamond and dirt areas.
* Clean, professional finish suitable for a retail product.
* Designed to fit inside a standard 22” × 28” picture frame.

What I need

1. Manufacture the complete physical insert.
2. Assemble all layers.
3. Ensure all 11 card openings are identical and properly positioned.
4. Package and ship the finished insert to me.
