I have a collection of manuals currently saved as Word documents that all need to become clean, professionally-formatted PDFs. The task is straightforward but accuracy matters: every page, table, image, and heading from the original Word file must look identical in the final PDF.

Here’s what I expect:

• Convert the file to PDF using a reliable method—Adobe Acrobat, Word’s native export, or an equivalent tool that preserves internal links and compression quality.
• Double-check the converted PDF for layout shifts, missing graphics, or font substitutions before handing it back.

Deliverables: a separate, print-ready PDF for each manual, named exactly like its source file.
