Manual Word Document Data Entry

I have a collection of text-based Word documents that need to be transferred manually into our designated input system. Accuracy is paramount, as the information will feed directly into client-facing resources.

Scope of work:
• Open each Word file provided.
• Carefully copy or re-type the content into the target platform I specify (spreadsheet, CMS, or web form—simple instructions will follow).
• Double-check every entry for spelling, formatting, and completeness before marking it done.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Is comfortable with repetitive manual data entry.
• Maintains a high typing speed without sacrificing precision.
• Has solid experience working with Microsoft Word and basic spreadsheet/web interfaces.

Deliverable: a fully populated dataset that mirrors the original Word documents with zero omissions or errors. I will supply a small trial batch first; if that goes smoothly, we’ll proceed with the remaining files.
