I run a small, results-driven web design and development studio and I’m ready to hand over the first, most time-consuming step—finding prospects that actually need a new website. Your job is to reach out manually, start genuine conversations and pass along owners or managers who are open to talking with me.
Who to approach
• Small local businesses and medium-sized enterprises whose sites are missing, dated, or clearly hurting their online image.
• Regions: United States, United Kingdom and Australia only.
How you reach them is up to you—cold email, social media DMs, networking events, even a well-timed phone call all work if they produce interested decision makers. I’m a strong closer, so if the lead is qualified you stand an excellent chance of earning.
Compensation
You’ll receive 20 % of any project revenue that closes from your lead. If the prospect never converts, there’s no payout, so quality matters more than volume. Typical site builds land in the four-figure range, so one good lead can pay well.
Deliverables
1. A brief spreadsheet for every potential client containing business name, contact person, contact method, date of first touch and a short note on their current site status.
2. Warm hand-off: once they show real interest, introduce me (email, call or meeting) so I can take it from there.
A lead is accepted when the prospect engages with me about a proposal; payment is released the moment their invoice is settled. If you’re ready to hunt for businesses that need a fresh online presence and share in the upside, let’s get started.
