Manual Text Update in Excel

I have a flow-driven spreadsheet that’s starting to show its age. Every row holds text-based details that were accurate a year ago, but quite a few fields have since changed. I need someone who can move through the file methodically, do the legwork to verify each entry, and overwrite anything that’s outdated with the current, correct wording.

The job is 100 % text work—no calculations or numeric analysis. You’ll rely on careful manual research: visiting company websites, checking recent publications, or any other reliable source you choose, so long as every revision is traceable and defensible. Typos do crop up, and I’m fine if you fix them while you’re in there, but the priority is bringing every piece of information up to date.

Deliverables
• Clean, updated Excel file returned in the same structure and sheet order I provide
• A short change log (simple two-column sheet is fine) noting each cell you modified and the source you used for verification

Acceptance criteria
• All originally outdated entries corrected or flagged with a comment where verification wasn’t possible
• No broken formatting, merged cells, or hidden surprises—file should open exactly as before, just accurate
